Shipping / Packaging
Privacy: Occasionally I get a note in special
instructions asking
me to be sure to package discretely, I always do. When you order from
me
the return address on your package will display as Brenco / Aunt B.
Billing Privacy:
Your credit card statement will show Brenco, or Brenco Products as the
billing company.
Please read the
info below so we can avoid you getting pissed off, at your Auntie!
Most people
aren't going to
remember how my billing (Brenco) is going to show up on their card
statement,
regardless of how many times I plaster it all over your receipt.
"Who are
you, and why are you charging
me?" is the most common call I get. My phone number is right there on
your
statement, so you call, I would too. If AimI'm handy, we are good to
go, but
if AimI'm not you will get my voice mail, and the message says "this is
Bob
with Brenco", no mention of Auntie Bob. So you are no more ahead then
you
were before. Some of you leave pissed off messages at that point,
frustrated
that you didn't get a specific answer. But here's the deal, you would
be
surprised how many calls I get from wives, mothers, girlfriends,
boyfriends,
husbands.
Its because
of those calls, that the voice
mail does not say anything other than Brenco. Ok, now we get to the
dilemma
I have calling you back. Lets say, in this game of telephone tag, I get
your machine/VM..... I will only say that this is Bob with Brenco
returning
your call & leave my number..... and that also pisses a lot of
you
off, because damn it you want to know who the fuck I am and why the
hell
didn't I just say so!
Here's the
deal, again the same problem
as before, I have no idea who can overhear your messages, I do not know
if its voice mail, or an answering machine in your mommies house, or
your
wife's for that matter. So AimI'm very deliberately vague when I leave
a message.
When I call
I will ask specifically for
you, if the person answering the phone says they are someone else, I
will
only say AimI'm Bob with Brenco, and AimI'm returning your call, and
leave my number.
AimI'm very
much aware that not everyone ordering
my products, or purchasing a membership wants their significant other
knowing
about it, thus the problem. AimI'm sorry if that's annoying for those
of you
that don't have an issue with me simply leaving the info on your
machine.
I feel I need to error on the side of caution, for the protection of
those
folks who are not in a position to be out.
So, Yes, I
take your privacy very seriously,
to the point that its a bit pain in my butt sometimes, and to the point
that occasionally its frustrating for those of you that do not need
that
kind of protection but the last thing I want to do is out some 18 year
old guy that has his hands on his cock and his moms credit card!

system that was an option, and I was going to have this one modified
and then I thought about it, & 99% of you opt for the account
anyway, so that just seemed silly.
